73I first wrote "fifa 10 ultimate team best players to buy for profit" a good couple of months ago and it has been received with astounding success,it has received nearly 9000 hits and has had many great comments,if you haven't seen it yet then please feel free to click on the link above.A lot of the questions and comments i have received in the last month however has been to do an updated one,a lot of people have been saying "please bring out an updated hub as all the prices are now wrong",well this is that hub,it has taken a long time to collate all the information as the market has nosedived terribly and profits are a lot harder to achieve,but it is possible to still make 20-50k a day through trading and what i will do in this hub is let you know which players are popular and what they are buying and selling for.Most of the world class players are still selling well albeit at a different price,it is the players you need to sell to start off that are the most difficult,you cant go and buy a Stuart Downing and make a big profit like you used to be able to do.Hopefully this guide will help bring some of you back into the game.
The way i will write this hub is to list the world class players first followed by the few players that are good to start out with,I will list the lowest price that i have seen them go for,then the highest price you should pay should you wish to make a profit,then the most i would pay should i be keeping that player for my team.A special thanks goes out to Foxy Turnip for suggesting one of the start up players that sells well!!!

@warchild75 dude thanks a lot for all your help, have been following your hub for a long time. Have built a good team now with some great trading tips from you. Can you please advise if this is a good team or should i change something, i had Messi in my line up as well but for some reason he wasnt playing that well for me, or maybe i was doing something wrong. So i sold him reluctantly, really didnt want to. But anyway here is my team can you please advise. The reason im asking is somtimes i play with people who have crap chemistry and rubbish teams and they beat me.

@ warchild75 Honestly Im a good player, i play with guys who have Ronaldo, Messi, Kaka and beat them no worries. But sometimes ill come accross players who have crap teams and for some reason my players are never clear for passes, not making the correct runs according to my custom tactics. It just gets so frustrating. I know lag is a factor as well cause i live in New Zealand.
Seeing you're team looks like you play 4 3 3 as well. What custom tactics do u use ?
One more thing i dont understand is when i play Walcott he gets into such amazing positions for me according to my custom tactics, but when i play Messi nothing at all. Any suggestions ?
@tonymantana i do play 4-3-3 but dont use the custom tactics,for me messi plays wonderfully,i do cut in from the right with him though so he ends up dribbling through the middle,i always use him for free kicks and he hasnt not scored one yet!!!

Tonymontana, I'm the same don't really rate messi, I think that's because I can't fully utilise his skills. Many players Just always pass to him in online games, I laugh, double up on him by calling a defender and play him out of the game. u lean on him and can knock him off the ball , I'm sure warchild will have a word ;).
I have a decent team but struggle against certain formations like 4-3-3 and 4-1-2-1-2. Some guys can just play well even with a lesser team. Infact wen I play against the teams with all the players I think I got a chance here cos those with best players arnt the best players
@mark hey he isnt for everyone i just find that his dribbling makes me able to pull of tricks easier so if i do get leaned on they end up fouling me as i drag the ball through their legs,then he bangs the free kick home!!

my team kept losing so i decided i wud sell it and get 2 packs with the money i got first pack, all rubish i kept all the contracts and then discared nearly the full pack then i was sat for ages waiting for 3 rooneys to come up it finally did and i picked te middle one and i got: Nesta 81 CB, a heal all +2 card a 90 contract and.... 87 LWB Michel bastos!!!!! i changed him to a LB and Hes worth 100k +

Warchild, thought u might mention messi 's skills. U clearly Have to know how to use him to be effective. I seem to score better free kicks with defender's? I wish my replay cud upload to ea. Was 90th minute 2-1 down in the type of game u dominant but cudnt buy a goal. got hacked a good 35 /37m out thought with 90mins and thought it wud be worth a pop, aimed for the middle, half power dipped under the cross bar in top corner, running round the living room with hands in the air lol. Usually only score about 3 in 10 free kicks. So was well chuffed. Won on pens as well. Only a first round online match but ha ho.
@ethanh55 what do you mean the middle one, did you pick the silver pack ? or you picked the premium gold and picked the middle one from those packs ?
@mark yeah i usually only score 3-4 out of 10 times but with messi i believe i have had about 12 free kicks and he has scored all of them.And as for running round the living room i know all about that one!!!lol
@tonymontana no what i mean is i waited until there was 3 preimum gold packs with rooneys face on and i picked the rooney in the middle and @warchild and mark i dont have messi but i used to and i changed him to a RF and played him in CF ad you gt a dark green box because he isnt to far out of postion and he is much more effectife than in RM/RW
Might have to save up for messing then and give him a go. Sum 1 played him as striker against me and beat me about 7-1 with messi getting 4. I think ur right Ethan , most of the time I play people that have him as RM and he doesn't do the business. Just sold Villa for 95k and looking at selling updated bastos for 87/89k so sudnt be too far off affording him to give a go.

Luke, that's probably the best player ur going to get. Ive opened About 40 or 50 now and got David Villa in bout no.10 and that's it any other pack what I got wasn't enough to pay for what had been spent. Sell them and use the money to buy more players to trade ignore the packs.
yh i know this is no lie it was not im lucky today just now i opened a pack and got 91 rated puyol but i bought packs with microsoft poins not coins because i know if i buy packs it go's tits u so thanks anyways
